Can I customize a form with different fields?

Sure! You can customize and add or remove fields. Currently available fields are listed below.
Available Fields
- Name
- Phone Number
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- Inquiry (question or comment)
Form Settings
You can add (or remove) any of these fields, as optional or required. To edit these settings go to your form app (either Banner, Contact, Button or Ask Me A Question), and hover the lower right side of it. A button labeled “Form Settings” will appear. Click it.
Clicking it will open the options, and there you will find the fields.
Options for Fields
The options for each of your fields are: “Ask as required”, which will include the field and mark it as required (the form won’t work unless the user enters something in that field); “Ask as optional”, which will include the field but will not be required (the form will validate even if there’s no data for that field); and “Don’t ask for it”, which will remove that field. You can also customize the label of each field, so instead of saying “Name” you can have “Please enter your name”, for that field.
To edit these labels, click on the edit icon (depicted by a wrench) on top of the Form app.
The modal window that will appear will have all the fields with its respective label, like in the following image.
