There’s a number of issues that could be preventing you from entering your site to edit it. The most common ones are:
• Invalid code in the Embed app
• Server maintenance
• Wrong password
• Wrong site (login page)
• Incompatible browser
An explanation for each of this issues follows below.
The Embed app is the most advanced of our apps, and should be used with caution. Only paste code here from sources that you trust. For example: SoundCloud (for embedding an audio player on your site).
If you were working with the Embed and then your site got broken, please follow the next link in order to troubleshoot the Embed app.
If our server is in maintenance you may not be able to enter. This is something that doesn’t happen often, you will notice that by a message displayed on the screen stating that we’re updating our servers.
If you can’t remember your password, you may reset it. Learn how in this article.
You may have created multiple sites, and are trying to access one with the wrong user name. To make sure you are entering the right site, use your site’s URL (for example: yoursite.breezi.com) and append “/login” to it (yoursite.breezi.com/login)
The latest versions of Firefox, Safari or Chrome are suited for editing/authoring. If you use a different browser or an outdated version of Internet Explorer, you may not enter authoring mode.
Note: your visitors are still able to view your site with any of the major browsers without trouble.
