Video is a great way to make your page more visually interesting and engaging, and the Video app lets you easily add a stand-alone player wherever you’d like. Once the app is installed, all you have to do is click the app, and paste in any public video URL from either YouTube or Vimeo.
The app then displays just the video player right on your page. You can resize the player easily by clicking and dragging the lower right corner of the player.
